Really good Stay, Central Location, Friendly Staff

central location necessary amenity luxurious touch

The central location was ideal for exploring. The room offered all necessary amenities. I found the minibar selection excellent and the fur throw added a luxurious touch to the bed.

During checkout, I noticed an unexpected charge of £7 labeled as a staff charge. The small reception area was busy, so I did not address it then. I think transparency in fees would improve guest experience.

Location

9/10

The hotel sits in the heart of the city, convenient for reaching attractions. Many shops and restaurants are within a short walking distance. Public transportation options are also readily accessible from the hotel.

Dining

9/10

The breakfast dining room features classy decor. There were many breakfast options available (pancakes were amazing!). I appreciated the overall elegant environment for morning dining.

Facilities

8/10

A rooftop terrace allows city views. A valet parking service exists for easy arrivals and departures. This added to the seamless arrival experience for hotel residents.

Service

The staff members at the reception were warm. The doorman was cute. The bar manager offered information about the hotel history.
